Ergonomics Assessment

ETC provides detailed assessments of ergonomic issues for specific jobs in your organization's industrial locations, office environments or at a home office. An Ergonomic Risk Assessment requires a minimum of a one day on-site visit at your facility and is performed by a Staff Ergonomist with experience in your industry.

The following is the procedure that you can expect for an ETC ergonomics assessment.

  • Walkthrough of the worksite

  • Employee interviews

  • Review injury and illness data

  • Meetings with supervisor and and/or staff ergonomist

  • Prioritization and description of the ergonomic needs for all jobs assessed

  • Recommendations for problem abatement. The recommendations may include commercial product solutions, design changes and/or administrative solutions

  • Further more advanced engineering or design specifications required for problem abatement may also be proposed
