Here is what some of our clients' have said about ETC...
We continue to implement many of the suggestions made during the ergonomics survey, particularly as we design and install new processing equipment, and have seen some noticeable improvement in our incidents. Still lots of work to go, though
Thanks Cindy. It has been enjoyable working with you and your company. The programs that you presented were excellent. Instructors were knowledgable and the one thing that is important anyone can put together a training program but to have experienced instructors that have been there and done that is so important as they can relate real life experience rather than something that is said on a slide. I will stay in contact, I will still be working part time for AAM on a consultant bases and may be doing some other work for companies so may be calling on you again.
American Axle and Manufacturing
I personally have worked with ETC since the early 90's. Since that time I have worked for several different companies, Scott Paper, MeadeWestvaco and now Constellation Energy. During my service with these companies I have asked ETC to provide a variety of ergonomic services to the various operations within those companies. Services ranged from training to site assessments to working with ergonomic committees to help select ergonomic tools and equipment. They provide excellent work, were flexible in customization to our particular needs, reliable, and provided competitive pricing. We just completed a training program with them. Dan MacLeod is a very hands on ergonomist and I am positive ETC ergonomists will connect with your folks.
CGG Director Safety and Health.
It is my pleasure to provide a recommendation for Ms. Roth and ETC. I first became aware of Ms. Roth's work in Ergonomics in 1992 at United Technologies (UTC) Pratt & Whitney business unit. She led a bench top Ergonomics project in our Manufacturing Business Unit. Working with the Tool Standards Department, Ms. Roth provided recommendations that led to improvements in workbench design, tool selection, and vibration control. This resulted in significant decreases in ergonomic injuries in an existing 6.1 million square foot manufacturing facility and the adoption of design parameters that are reflected in Pratt & Whitney facilities to this day.
I continued to use Ms. Roth and ETC while at the UTC Corporate Headquarters. Ms. Roth and her staff provided many practical and cost effective recommendations that have been implemented throughout many of UTC's diverse facilities, world wide. ETC continues to provide Ergonomic consultation to me in my current role at UTC's Otis Elevator Division.
The primary factors setting ETC apart from the rest are the practicality of their advice and their approach of integrating Ergonomics into design parameters and tool standards as well as the lengths they go to learn about a client's business before making any recommendations. Their recommendations are readily embraced by the operations people and contribute to our continuous improvement goals.
On a more individual level, Ms. Roth is a dedicated professional who maintains high standards and works tirelessly for her clients as well as to advance the safety profession. I have seen evidence of her desire for excellence and dedication to the profession in the support and assistance I have received from her in my roles as General Chairman of the National Safety Council (NSC) Aerospace Section and as a member of the NSC Occupational Safety and Health Advisory Board as well as through serving as a Trustee of the ASSE Foundation with Ms. Roth.
I am confident that you will be satisfied with the services provided by ETC.

To whom it may concern:
I wholeheartedly endorse ETC Corporation, Inc. as Ergonomic Consultants. When we launched our current model vehicle the task of providing ergonomic evaluations on all operations at the same time proved overwhelming to my limited Safety/Ergonomic Staff despite having the full support of an excellent Ergonomic Committee. We brought in a team of highly trained ETC Ergonomists who, not only provided excellent ergonomic evaluations of our operations, but provided excellent, cost effective, real world solutions.
Thanks again ETC !

Regarding Ergonomic Technologies Corporation:
We here at Schick have relied upon their assistance and direction in several areas.
- They have empowered our use of electromyography to substantiate claims of ergonomic superiority vs. our major competitor
- These claims have withstood rigorous legal scrutiny, both here, and in courts globally (Germany, the Netherlands, Australia, etc.)
- They have cooperated with us and responded quickly to requests for assistance.
For instance, when we needed to demonstrate the test procedure of electromyography for a network news show, ETC turned on a dime to help us out. The video crew was both impressed and enthusiastic, and our Marketing department and PR firm were very happy when the resulting video piece aired on national TV.
- As a valued customer, they brought new technology, in which Schick might have an interest, to our attention first
- Their CEO and staff have been instrumental in the generation of new avenues of investigation and new procedures which we have used to great purpose.
Overall, we thoroughly enjoy our relationship with this company, and look forward to continuously working with them in the future.

AN ENERGIZER COMPANY
ETC is a customer focused company that consistently delivers excellent ergonomic consulting services and solutions. The staff is professional, caring and meets all deadlines. One could not choose a more qualified ergonomic consulting firm.

I just wanted to take a few minutes to let you know how well we have benefit from your corporation. Thomas Cassar was able to come in to our plant and work with our employees in a simply but professional way. He was here the whole day and met with everyone on our packaging lines about your program, Ergotivity. Mr. Cassar was able to evaluate the overall working conditions and identify potential ergonomic risks and provide solutions that we were able to apply.
I did have the pleasure to attend the 2002 Ergonomics Conference in Las Vegas and the 2003 Ergonomics Conference in New York. I was fortunate and enjoyed attending sessions where you have share your knowledge on several topics like "Materials Handling", "Taking Your Industrial Ergonomics to the next level" and "Effective Ergonomics for the Aging Workforce" to name a few. I have been able to bring back ideals to my company that we have been able to apply in a positive way.
I look forward to the next time that I can attend one of your sessions and share ideals. Thanks for all your support in the ergonomic world.

ETC has been very beneficial for our site by developing an ergonomics training package for not only the associate, but also one for our leadership and a more extensive one for our engineers. ETC took our ideas and our ergonomic statistics, blended them with their ideas and developed an ergonomic package that could be used and understood by all of our associates. We had a steady decline in ergonomic injuries since this program was begun in the year 2000. This year, 2004, ETC returned to review and update us on this package. They are very knowledgeable on any revised rules and regulations in regard to ergonomics and have passed this information to us. We have called with questions and they have been more than happy to help. Their experience and knowledge have led us in developing a successful ergonomics program at Aventis. ETC provided an excellent comprehensive package that could be sustained by plant associates who were trained in the basics of the program. Ergonomists are tremendous resources but ETC provided the rubber-meets-the-road practical program that enabled us to get the results without becoming experts in ergonomics.
- Jean Pinkston of Purchasing and Greg Richardson from Safety Engineering, Aventis Pharmaceuticals
I can definitely say that the services ETC provided for us as far as quantitative ergonomic analysis have set us apart from the droning of those who espouse "ergonomics" simply because something is softer and curvy.
